Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-06-24
Drawlytics ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: first name, last name, city, province, and email.
- Your password (stored only as a salted hash — we never see it).
- Content you choose to save: lottery lines/tickets, draw dates, and Encore numbers.
- Limited technical data needed to run the service (session cookie, basic logs).
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or your physical tickets.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, show your saved tickets and check them against published results, operate and improve the service, and — only with your express, opt-in consent — send occasional product emails.
Consent & email (CASL)
We send marketing email only if you check the optional consent box. Every such message identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link; you can withdraw consent any time. Transactional messages (e.g. password or sign-in) are sent as needed to operate your account.
Sharing & processors
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers strictly to operate Drawlytics (e.g. hosting and, if enabled, an email-delivery provider), under confidentiality obligations.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active. Passwords are hashed (argon2); access is restricted. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable safeguards.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile, change your password, and delete your account (which permanently removes your saved tickets and Encore numbers) from the Account page at any time. To access or correct other information, contact us.
